How sheriff sales work in Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania forecloses through the courts. Once the lender has a judgment, the county sheriff lists the property for a public auction. Sales are often postponed (“continued”) from one monthly sale to the next, and the property is sold as is.
Each county page lists the address, sale date, status, times postponed and the debt on the judgment. Owner and lender names, deal scores and signals are in full access; estimated values for Pennsylvania are coming next.
