What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

We count page visits with Simple Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t collect personal data or IP addresses.

We keep basic server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) to run and secure the service, and a count of your CSV downloads to apply your plan’s monthly allowance.

How we use it

To run your account, bill your subscription, send account emails (such as email confirmation and receipts) and answer support requests. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of Gavel List for us: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (optional sign-in) and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide their service.

The sale data

The property listings in Gavel List come from public sheriff’s sale notices and public property tax records. If a listing shows your name or home address and you want it removed, use our removal form. We remove matching listings everywhere and keep them out of future updates. Requests from covered persons under New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law are handled within 10 business days.

Your choices

You can update your name in Settings, cancel your subscription at any time, and ask us to delete your account and personal data by email.
